| The second level contains sleeping accomodations for up to four in two separate queen-sized bedrooms. Each bedroom possesses it's own TV. Again, you'll find a full bath and plenty of closet space to store all of your new purchases. The third level contains a large master suite, with a pot-bellied wood-burning fireplace and a comfortable seating area, along with a galley kitchenette and separate side entrance. A 4-person sauna and full bath are also located on level three. The fourth level is just up the stairs...a large loft that sleeps up to 8 via a pair of twin-over-full bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Large and spacious, this level is ideal for slumber parties for kids or a get away for teens. A crib is also stored on this level for those guests with small children. Parking is no problem while at 316 Marsac as you'll have a single vehicle garage at your disposal, along with a public parking lot across the street. This lot adjoins the old high school...presently Park City Town Hall and Police Department. Planning on taking advantage of Park City's free transportation service? You'll be pleased to know that just down from the Town Hall is the transit depot, ready to deliver you to Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, the Canyons, the Factory Outlet Stores, or even the local grocery! While on Main Street, take advantage of the trolley, which runs a continuous loop up and down! |
