This Silver Town Condo is situated on Park Avenue in downtown Park City. The property gives you access to three of Utah’s finest ski resorts right outside you door!

Located 100 yards from the base of Park City Mountain Resort, you will have the convenience of a short, level walk to the ski lifts – you’ll be skiing in no time! Additionally, you can hop on the bus that stops at the end of your driveway for a free shuttle ride to Deer Valley and the Canyons. The central location of the property makes both resorts equally near at about two miles distance.

You’ll find everything you need in this unique condo. There’s ample space to sit back and relax, and wine and dine. After a hard day of skiing, you can warm up in the hot tub or sauna. If that isn’t enough, light a cozy fire in the wood burning fireplace, for which wood is provided.

You will save on the price of a rental car. It will appear the city was planned to put everything within your reach. Wake up in the morning and buy your coffee, donuts and paper at the nearby 7-Eleven, which is just steps away. Or, pick up a few bags of groceries at the nearby Albertson’s to prepare a hot breakfast or gourmet dinner. Also, within walking distance are a Starbucks and several fine restaurants.

Those who come for Sundance will be equally delighted at how near it is to several venues such as the library, Yarrow Hotel and theatres. And, if you don’t feel like walking, just use the free transit stop at the edge of the driveway. Imagine being able to “come home” between show times.
