Nana is Terri Biondolino, an avid quilter who has traveled extensively throughout the USA. Having recently left New Orleans after the devastating effects of Hurricane Katrina she and her husband Paul are currently living in Idaho in a small town just outside of Boise. Terri spent over 20 years working in Color Laserjet technology and utilizes her knowledge of color as well as cultural and geographical experiences to her designs and crafting. More recently, she has been applying these experiences and skills into the complex art of dyeing her own fabrics experimenting with techniques from shibori, parfait vat dyeing, resist stitching and many other methods. Not long ago she became a devoted grandmother of two delightful children which has added a new dimension to her work in the form of whimsical designs, bold colors and children's themes.
