Melanie DeRocker

Baby Mackenzie seems to be doing fine!  However, she's a stubborn little girl already.  She's turned around all wrong, and the doctors may have to deliver her by c-section if she doesn't flip in the next little bit.

Pray also for Melanie's mom, who continues to struggle with her own health issues.

Melanie's having a baby girl!  We're all so excited for her, but we know she still needs our prayers for a smooth, uneventful, and happy pregnancy and delivery!

Please pray for my dear friend Melanie.  She and her family are going through some exciting and scary changes right now, and we know they need God's love and guidance more than ever!

Eddie O'Bannon

Eddie is the brother of Earlene Burch, a member of our Purpose Driven Life small group.  He has suffered from petite mal seizures for years, and medicine doesn't seem to control them very well. Recently he had what is believed to be a grand mal seizure.  Pray for God's healing, that the doctors will find a source for his seizures, and that the seizures can be controlled.   Pray also for Eddie and Earlene's parents, who are in their 80s and care for their son during these episodes.

Steven Brimer

Steven seems to be doing some better.  The new meds are keeping his tumor from growing and it sounds like he's had some fun this summer.  Keep him in your prayers!

Steven is home in Greeneville for now.  Pray that he enjoys this time with his family, and that the Brimers will continue to experience God's holy presence during this heartbreaking time.

Steven Brimer is a little boy from Greeneville who has been very sick with cancer for a long time now.   He's currently being treated at Duke University.

Preston and I  know the Brimer family because Steven's dad works for the school system and his mom and sister have been active in the theatre with Preston.  They are a fine family, and we wish them all the best.
