Kim O'Donnell-Pepe was raised in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area of Western New York. She moved to Los Angeles in
1987 with her ex-boyfriend and friend Bill Manspeaker following a career in music. Her creativity led her to perform in a
punk band call "Green Jello" as a character named "Sadistica". While performing continuously for ten years, she helped develop
characters, write songs, art direct, and create digital animation for the band. Their 1994 Grammy nomination helped launch
her artwork into the mainstream Music Industry. She received two gold albums and a gold single for which she did all the
album and merchandising artwork for, as well as perform as one of the drummers and back-up vocalist.
It
was a great learning experience for her and inspired her to grow even more artistically. Kim's paintings are published in
Jim McMullan and Dick Gautier's book, "Musicians As Artists". She is currently working as a digital compositor for several
of the Motion Picture Industry's leading special effects companies. She is happily married to conceptual artist Joseph C.
