I started in Morgans in 1959 and became more involved with the horses when I met and married Bert. We have been raising Morgan horses since 1972 and specializing in Miniature horses since 1982. In 1981 our daughter Michelle was injured in a serious escalator accident. We got involved in the miniature horses for her and as they say, the rest is history.

After using Morgans for many years, we learned how important temperament, health, genetics, conformation, and athletic ability really are to the life of a horse. We are striving to bring these traits to our miniature horse breeding program. We have over 40 years experience training, showing and breeding horses.

We believe in letting our horses live as natural a life as possible. The mares live in herds with their stallion and the foals are weaned at 6 months and kept in filly or colt herds. Our photographs are natural and never retouched.

Michelle decided to start her own Miniature Horse breeding programs. We are proud of her record in the show ring and look forward to many years developing and improving the breed.

We truly have the best of all worlds, not only with our Miniature and Morgan horses, but with our adorable West Highland White Terriers. Extremely affectionate, very devoted, always entertaining, happiness truly is a Westie!
