Marigold

Marigold is the second universe of stories I've started that pair Billy Tallent from Hard Core Logo with Tim Bayliss from Homicide: Life on the Street.  Not as many stories as Going Under, but then again I haven't been working on it as long.

I like to think that the Marigold stories are at least a tiny bit grittier than the Going Under stories, but I could be wrong about that. 

Marigold (May '02) "I'm even more convinced it's a publicity stunt when I see the fucker who's been appointed my bodyguard. He's tall. Very tall. Not to mention lean, fit, and very fucking handsome."

Oi to the World (Dec. '02) Christmas fluff.

Hindsight (July '02) "I've been living with Bill for a couple months, and it's wonderful, and I'm happy, but there's a part of me that's waiting for the other shoe to drop."

Giftshop (Dec. '02)  Set a few months after Hindsight.  Tim runs into Emma Zoole.  The story that went through more ruthless editing and changes than anything I've ever written, and boy howdy am I happy I stuck with it.
