Where we live.
Our home is in Walnut Creek, California, a suburb about 20 miles
from San Francisco. Walnut Creek is known for its good schools, beautiful parks, and cosmopolitan atomosphere. In addition
to quiet residential neighborhoods, there is a village shopping area with a farmer's market, and lots of outdoor activities
like local fairs and movies under the stars. Walnut Creek is a very walkable city, and is conducive to family outings
around town.
Our future plans.
Susan plans to be a stay-at-home mom. We were both raised by
moms who stayed at home and feel fortunate that we can do the same for our child. As he continues with his business, Tom would
also like to explore a second career in teaching. Both of us will continue to be active in the community, but our priority
will be to be involved parents throughout out child's life. We can't wait to introduce our child to all that this area has
to offer - trips to the zoo, a day at the aquarium, camping in Yosemite, and much more.

What we do for a
living.
Both of us have been hard workers since we graduated from college
and now we have the finanical freedom to be "hands on" parents. We both received our graduate degrees at night giving us additional
skills in our careers. Now Tom has his own business, which gives him a lot of flexibility to work at home. Susan has
had a successful career in advertising but plans to stay home with our child.
Family Values.
Our families are delighted that we are planning on adopting and look
forward to loving and supporting a child. We will continue our tradition of large gatherings around the holidays, and
annual family reunions. We hope to build our relationship with you and welcome you into our family.
