LOCATION: Wayne Clark’s, Limington

ATTENDANCE: (6 total) - Eric Kuehne, Roger LaFlamme, Rene Goodine, Tim King, Wayne Clark and Dave Metivier.

OPENING: Eric called the meeting to order at 7:25 PM. Notes for the meeting were recorded by Rene.

REPORTS

Secretary: Rob was not present. Report was presented by Roger. Following the reading the minutes were accepted.

Treasurer: Roger said that he had not made any deposits since last meeting. The account balance has not changed. Rogers report was accepted.

Tournament: No report.

Youth: No report although Eric had plenty of stories to share about youth events. None were of note for certainly Rene would have reported on them.

Conservation: No Report.

OLD BUSINESS

Outing: Eric reported that the outing was a success enjoyed by all. 50-60 people participated.

Opens Eric stressed the importance that all members should be pursuing sponsors and donations for the China Lake open. A sample sponsorship letter will be mailed to all members.

Club Apparel: No action.

NEW BUSINESS 

Federation Sponsors: Eric reported that Federation members can get a discount on electronics through Lowrance. More information to follow once it becomes available.

New Members: Four new potential members were presented. They include Matt Hirsch (junior), Louis Deering, Jeremy Bates and Nick Deering (junior). Motion was made to accept the new members. Motion passed.

Junior Pro: Boaters are needed. Volunteers are asked to coordinate through Roger.
