Modeling and Simulation

• Antennas and feedline models and simulation for transmit and receive applications can include real and varying ground effects.

• Thermal modeling for monolithics and hybrids that includes three-dimensional heat spreading and assemblies of multiple layers and heat sources. Heat flow by conduction, natural convection, forced convection, and infrared emission may all be analysed.
