Enjoy a relaxing and healthful fall weekend practicing yoga; walking in the woods and farms of rural western Maryland; conversing
with friends, old and new; relaxing in a hot tub; eating flavorful, locally grown food; and visiting nearby natural and cultural
attractions.

The Bad News: Space and accommodation options are limited. So, sign up soon!
The retreat begins with Friday dinner (6:30 pm) and ends with lunch on Sunday. It includes:
- four yoga sessions featuring asana poses, breathing exercises, and guided meditations
- six vegetarian meals – from Friday evening supper to Sunday lunch
- accommodation in shared rooms in the house, or in dorm-style facilities in the barn
- outdoor walks and relaxation in the surrounding rural countryside
- additional off-site activities of your choosing
- nearby attractions include nearby Rocky Gap State Park, Green Ridge State Forest or the
historic town of Cumberland
Cost per person:

-- $350 shared space in the house
-- $290 dorm room in the rustic barn
-- $270 camping in the field
Please submit your $75 deposit to assure a space. Payments made in full by August 30th will receive a $25 discount.
Optional add-on: stay an extra night and enjoy 2 more yoga sessions, dinner in Cumberland (at your own expense) and brunch.
