Gourd Dance & Powwow at Barnes
104th Fighter Wing Mass. Air National Guard Base Cafeteria
140 Falcon Drive
Westfield, Massachusetts

Thanks to our friends at Barnes that have allowed us to co-sponsor this event with the Northeast Gourd Clan each year.

Doors open at 1:00pm to prepare for the Gourd Dance Session that will be between 2:00 & 4:00pm

A Pot Luck Feast will be served at 5:00pm -- plenty of places to plug in crock pots

Evening general Powwow Dance Session will be between 6:00 and 9:00pm

To be placed on the Visitors List for this event, we need to submit the names and drivers license numbers of all adults {over 18} and also the names of youth {under 18} that wish to attend.

For more information and to add names to the Visitors List please call Dave Winer at 617-965-6938 or email your list to Friday, January 30, 2015 is the last day to have names added to the Visitors List -- no exceptions. It is better to have "maybe attending" on the Visitors List than miss out after advance registration closes.

Please bring a cooler with your refreshments as no food service is available during the dance sessions. If you don't wish to bring something to share at the Pot Luck Feast, there are plenty of restaurants in nearby Westfield a few miles away. Coffee \ tea \ water will be available during the event.

The cafeteria is inside the first building on the right after you pass through the Security Gate. Parking is available next to the building. Visitors are reminded that this is an active military base and photography is only permitted while inside the cafeteria building.
