Group for Men and Women

This psychotherapy group is designed to help you cope more successfully, communicate more effectively, and connect more deeply.

Together with other men and women, you can take steps toward more productive ways of dealing with life's challenges and more satisfying ways of relating to others.

In a supportive environment that encourages self-discovery and growth, you can:

• get feedback about how you relate to others,
• explore behaviors that don't serve you well,
• practice better communication skills, and
• take steps to try out new ways of interacting.

Open to individual men and women (not couples) of any sexual orientation or ethnicity, the group is limited to 8 members. The group meets weekly on Thursdays from 6:35 to 8:05 p.m.

Group for Women

This ongoing psychotherapy group is intended to help you develop a stronger sense of self, more confidence in interactions with others, and a greater capacity for satisfying relationships.

Interactions in the group support growth and change, allowing you to build on your inherent strengths, improve your ability to communicate well, and enhance your self-esteem.

In a setting that offers honesty, acceptance, and support, you can work with other women to explore the roadblocks in your life, then learn to:

• communicate more assertively,
• relate more authentically, and
• accept yourself more fully.

Open to women of all ethnic backgrounds and sexual orientations, with a maximum of 8 participants. The group meets weekly from 6:35 to 8:05 p.m. on Tuesdays.
