Our next "Meet & Greet"
will be coming up on November 17th at the 356th Fighter Group Restaurant. Our guest will be Cleveland Browns alumni,
George Lilja. Meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. Everyone are welcome to stay for the Monday night game afterwards.

High School: Carl Sandburg High School- Orland Park, Illinois
College: University Of Michigan -Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Degree: Bachelor of General Studies: Business, Speech and Psychology.

. 4thround draft choice of Los Angeles Rams.
· Played for L. A. Rams, New York Jets,
Cleveland Browns and Dallas Cowboys over 8-year career.
· Starting left guard for Cleveland Browns
in 1985 when 2 running backs went over one thousand yards each. (Kevin Mack and Earnest Byner)
· Awarded 4 game balls over playing career.
Personal Bio:
George is married to wife Meg and has 4 children, Danielle, David, Bethany and George m. They live
in Hudson, Ohio. Member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Athletes in Action. Hobbies include
construction, fishing and coaching.
Also in attendance will be Author, Greg Deegan who
wrote "Cleveland Stadium: The Last Chapter" and "Surviving the Drought". Books will be available at a reduced
price to Akron Backers.
