- Grill up a load of chicken thighs and legs
- Mix 6 tablespoons of Olive Oil and 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Add Rosemary
- Add chopped Basil
- Add Kalmata Olives
- Add Capers
- Add cracked Black Pepper
- Add minced garlic
- Squeeze some Lemon juice into the mix
- Stir it up
- Dump it over the chicken
- Garnish with Basil leaves, Rosemary, and Lemon wedges
