Villains Wave 6 "ULTIMATUM"

Anarchy - a rather obscure character, appearing in only two issues of Moon Knight, this operative was made from a X-Men Phoenix head, body and legs, modified with milliput.  Arms came from Generation X  White Queen, hands from Wetworks Mother 1.  Shotgun from McFarlane Nuclear Spawn. 

Flag-Smasher – Total Justice Batman base figure, head modified with milliput, cape from Toybiz Darkstalkers Dimitri.  Mace made from scrap parts.

Ultimatum Terrorist - Peter Parker body, Spiderman head, milliput beret and belt buckle, goggles from Alpha Flight Vindicator.  Uzi from Tomb Raider Lara Croft.
