Captain America - took a Previews exclusive Marvel Silver Age Captain America and gave him new legs from X-Men Havok to be in better scale. Kneadatite for the boot cuffs. I'm alternating between the shield from the Marvel Legends Young Avengers boxset Patriot (shown here) to the larger version that originally came packaged with Cap.
Baron Zemo I - the leader of the 1st Masters of Evil started as a Alpha Flight Northstar figure. Kneadatite was used for his fur, belt, holster/pistol, sleeves, tunic bottom and mask/headgear. Sceptre came from the Marvel Legends series 11 Baron Zemo.
Scourge - this custom is based off the classic scene in Captain America #319 where Scourge rips off his disguise after murdering 18 supervillains in the "Bar with No Name" massacre. The base figure is a Spiderman Hydroman figure with Street Fighter Akuma arms. "Muscle Beach" shirt logo was decoupaged on, mask was cut from a rubber skin accessory from a figure from the movie Virus.
Armadillo - my lone CustomCon 18 entry, this custom was made from an unknown alien armadillo figure. Head came from X-Men Evolutions Juggernaut and kneadatite was used for his tail and face. A little off-model but his size makes up for it.
