I never really ever read the old Champions of Los Angeles comics, but got interested after reading Incredible Hercules and noticing I had the core members already made (mostly).

Hercules - This is my 3rd attempt at the Olympian.  He was made from a Marvel Legends Weapon X Wolverine body, head from Hercules Centaur, kneadalite for hair, headgear, studs, belt buckle and pants.  Rubber bands for harness, leather scrap for belt and wristbands.  Mace from the Hasbro Series 1 Herculese, which I used as a guide to this custom.

Black Widow - from the Marvel's Gold series, added parts from her Marvel Legends Series 8 figure, like the belt, wrist blasters, hair and zipper pull

Angel (Flying) - Another reason why I made a Champions of Los Angeles section was to give this custom Angel a home, but he really should have yellow gloves and boots.  Simpy a repainted Toybiz X-Men Battle Brigade Archangel (red variant) with Toybiz 1997 X-Men Savage Land Angel wings.  Added a hole in his back so I can use a Marvel Legends flight stand.

Ghost Rider  - Took a "Exploding Ghost Rider" from the Toybiz 1996 G.R. series 2 (ironically the "Original Ghost Rider" from the same series was the newer Danny Ketch rider while this figure was the original Johnny Blaze rider) added some new flames for his head and gave him neck articulation.

Iceman -  I had to cheat a bit by digitally removed the extra ice chunks from this Toybiz 2000 X-Men classics Iceman.  The original Toybiz 1993 Iceman would have worked if only it wasn't such a short figure.
