Classic X-Villains

Arcade - repainted Legends of Batman Joker, Morph head, milliput hair, bow tie and bell bottoms.

Juggernaut - from the Hasbro Spiderman series, although I did buy and modify a custom Juggernaut  from ebay seller Kuzman ( I replaced the custom made helmet with the one from the X-Men Evolution Juggernaut and gave him a new face from a Space Jam alien), I thought this new version was the perfect size, has good articulation, plus the helmet removes to show his skullcap!  

Black Tom - Repainted Toy Biz version.  I dremeled off the "plant growth" on his face, and replaced his hands with Wolverine hands that were lying around.  His walking stick weapon, an Irish shillelagh, comes from Hercules Salmoneus .

Mesmero - made from 1st Magento, Archangel 2 head dremeled down, with a milliput helmet, belt buckle and collar.
