Black Queen - Marvel Vault Typhoid Mary with Alpha Flight Vindicator arms and Spiderman Silver Sable hair.  Neck choker from X-Men 2099 La Lunatica.  Cape is scrap leather and milliput for the clasp.  

Black King, aka Sebastion Shaw - Body is Darkstalkers Dimitri, head is from variant Water Wars Wolverine.  Milliput details for buckle on shoes and hair

White Queen - added Jean Grey arms to Generation X White Queen and felt cape with a cotton collar. 

Hellfire Club Guard - Spider-Man body, Stealth Iron Man head (with milliput nose), rifle from Lara Croft Tomb Raider.  I had to make one after seeing customizer Doubledealer's excellent version from CC9
