Pestilence (Caliban) - he has also served as Death while a Horseman of Apocalypse. This figure came from the Toybiz X-Force series 6.
Death (Archangel) - a Toybiz X-Men Invasion series Archangel with a new head (cast from Toybiz Iron Man Dreadknight) and modified wings (showing them in retracted mode).
Sunfire (Famine) - he was recently altered by Apocalypse into this form (pretty much a mirror copy of the Age of Apocalypse alternate reality Sunfire) to serve as one of the Horsemen. Originally from the Hasbro Fantastic Four 2 movie Human Torch, modified with a kneadatite mask and costume.
Hulk (War) - a Toybiz Smart Hulk with parts from the Toybiz Hulk Classics War Hulk naturally. I did have to make a new removable mask from DC Steel helmet and kneadatite. He never faced the X-Men in this getup, just the Absorbing Man and the Juggernaut.
I know these four never actually appeared together as a group, I still plan on making the classic members of the Four Horsemen one day.
