Bruce Banner - from the Hulk Classics line, he was a pack-in with the Gamma Punch Hulk. I replaced his legs with the ones from the Spiderman Animated Series Peter Parker as well as shortened his torso to make him 5" scale.

Ringmaster - McFarlane KISS Series 2 Psycho Circus Ring Master, shortened waist to be in scale, added kneadatite tie, decoupaged spinning disc on hat as well as the stars on his costume.
Sabra - X-Men Ninja Force Deathbird body, Spiderman Bug Busters Silver Sable head, kneadatite for hair, wrist launchers and Star of David on her costume. Cloak is some sort of yarn accessory, it was hard to find a material that resembled her spiny cloak.
