Warstar - from the X-Men Animated Phoenix Saga line, early pictures showed him with a vac-metal appearance, but the final metallic green is pretty neat as well. The larger robot is called C'Cll, the smaller robot, B'nee, fits in his back.
Titan - I bought this massive custom figure from customizer Eagle (the link goes to his Fwoosh gallery). This was just a great paintjob and sculpting, I was very impressed. Gladiator - the original Toybiz X-Men Animated Phoenix Saga Gladiator was too short to accurately reflect the Shi'ar Praetor, so I put his head and cape on a modified Thunderbird body from the Toybiz Giant-Sized X-Men boxset.
Fang - made from a Wolverine in Fang disguise naturally, new head from Savage Land wolverine with kneadatite ears, hair and beard
Neutron - made from an X-Men Battle Brigade Colossus with kneadatite costume details, although the base figure has some strange proportions and wonky articulation, it did work out ok for this character.
The Imperial Guardsmen has a huge roster, so it'll be a while until the team is complete (about another 15 members to go).
