Beetle - from the Spiderman Animated series, he really needs his wings
Mandroid - this custom was part of my CustomCon 17 entry (along with a HYDRA Dreadnought). I used a X-Men Evolution Juggernaut base figure, Classic Light-Up X-Men Juggernaut head, Marvel Legends Omega Red shoulder pads and tentacles (for the hoses), Spiderman Electro accessory for left hand weapon and X-Men Phalanx accessory for right hand weapon.
Guardsmen - I took the off model Guardsman from the Spiderman Animated line and repainted it and used milliput to make him more comic book accurate.
Iron Monger - repainted the Iron Man movie Iron Monger metallic blue to be a bit more comic accurate. I consider him 5" scale because of his head size (here's a comparison pic with a Legends Iron Man).
