Alien Empires - The Shia'r

Lilandra - made from Deathbird figure with milliput helmet and felt cape.  Used Bare-Metal Foil to cover her armor and get that chrome look.  Her variant headsculpt is from Spiderman Wasp. 

Talos - from the X-Men Strike Team boxset, this character was revealed first to be Professor X, then a Skrull Warskrull in disguise.

Deathbird - from the X-Men Ninja Force series, nicely done figure

Eric the Red - from the X-Men series, this Shi'ar agent's armor was used by Cyclops and Magneto as a disguise.
