Deathbird - from the X-Men Ninja Force series, nicely done figure, especially her armor.
Vulcan - now emperor of the Shi'ar the "third Summers brother" of Cyclops and Havok was made from a repainted Silver Surfer Space Racers Super Nova with kneadatite for his gloves and hair.
