Hydroman - from the Spiderman Animated series, I swapped his head onto a repainted Hydro-Venom figure just to get the clear blue legs, which you can see by clicking on the link.
Speed Demon - repainted Blue Beetle from the DC Total Justice line, the lean muscled look of that line actually works well for someone who is always running.
Beetle - from the Spiderman Animated series, he really needs his wings.
Boomerang - base figure is Bullseye from the 2-pack with Elektra. His boomerangs are made from cut pieces of plastic, unfortunately non-removable.
Rhino - from the Spiderman Animated series, should be a bit taller.
