Weapon X Wolverine - from the 1992 Uncanny X-Men series, he was mentioned on the packaging as being the 4th Wolverine, now's there's probably over a 100 variations that have appeared over the years. I've added the VR helmet (hollowed out and glued to his head), hoses, claws and power packs from the Marvel Legends Weapon X, as well as repainting him and giving him body hair with a ultra fine tip brown marker
Silver Fox - from the 1997 Marvel Hall of Fame She-Force series 1, cloak is from Blink
Maverick - from the X-Men Mutant Genesis series
Kane/Weapon X - from 1993 X-Force series
X-23 - Flash Gordon Dale Arden figure modified with kneadatite
