  It's a Sign:

Seeing Jesus in the Ordinary

Although this is a book about Jesus Christ, it is not limited to those who currently call themselves "Christian" but encourages those of all faiths to explore the historical person of Jesus Christ and the implications of his life for life today. By seeing Jesus through the lenses of first-century Judaism, this book explores seven signs that Jesus gave to those who were the first witnesses of his influence and power. Through studying these signs, says the author, we can see and experience Jesus in the ordinary of life today. While the book explores the ancient, it is far from dry textbook study, but is filled with the down-to-earth, life examples that characterize the author's teaching style. So be prepared to not only read about Jesus, but to experience Jesus. Get ready; fasten your seat-belt, and be sure to pay attention to the signs along the way!
