Today we drove up to the Sarasota waterfront to take this picture of "Unconditional Surrender" since it is leaving tomorrow.  The art along the bay has been outstanding this year.  There are so many wonderful activities in the area from Bradenton to Venice; you all should come visit.

"Hoot" - movie based on a Carl Hiaasen novel - saw this today at the $1 theater in Sarasota.  Okay, so the movie was slow and predictable but it was fun to see how many Florida locations were shown; the credits ran way too fast to identify them all;  Hiassen made a cameo appearance but Jimmy Buffett was a science teacher and in several shots.  What fun!

It's a beautiful day in paradise at 87 degrees, 57% humidity, sunshine and a cool breeze.  We're enjoying lazy days on this Memorial Day weekend;  the residents of the 103 occupied campground sites are enjoying the pool, activities, and food.
