44 degrees here last night, high today of 65; winter has arrived.  Ah, but it will warm up in a day or two.  We had a great lunch at Ophelia's with Linda today; it is so great that she's willing to drive down for a visit during school vacation.  Regina is trying to get motivated to exercise more - like Linda has done!   Paul is good about walking and/or using the exercise room almost every morning while Regina gets the extra sleep from watching late night talk shows.  We want to hear from all you football fans:  the bowl games have begun;  we (Regina anyway) are thankful for cable and ESPN here at RCR.
