This weblog is our online journal. You'll find a synopsis of our travels and RV living as well as links to other things on the web that we find interesting.   Remember, you can click on the pictures to get a larger image in another window.  You can also click on the dates at the end of this page to read archived journal entries.   As you click through the pages, take your time.  Notice that the blogs begin in May of 2006 - so there's lots of reading if you go back in history.  Know that we are enjoying life to its fullest and hope you are too.  Enjoy!

Won $4 at bingo tonight while Paul was out really playing table tennis in Sarasota.  He's practicing for the FL Senior Olympics next week.  It's finally raining here; it is so dry we really need the precipitation.  It's funny - the northerners are so glad they're here no matter what because it's not snowing or freezing!  Later -

Just want to say hi - haven't forgotten you, just been busy.  We had a wonderful week's visit with our families and are back to work now.  We are having fun, fun, fun again as more residents arrive at RCR and the activities increase daily.  Yeah, we do work but who says you can't make it FUN!

Time to play catch up!  We've been in Nokomis, FL, at the Encore Royal Coachman Resort for two weeks now - workamping and participating in the activities we love so much.  Last night was the first Pub Night.  One Saturday we drove down to Port Charlotte for dinner with George and Marla in their new home and played ladder golf while watching the birds along the island.  On the way south we stopped in Titusville to visit with Ron and Ginny; even though it rained on and off all weekend we walked, talked, dined, played Mexican dominoes, saw deer and rabbits right in the RV Resort - we had a great time!  Our stay in Tallahassee included meals with several friends, trips out to Rachel's ten acres, visits to doctors, and an attempt to lighten the load in ARV.  Regina has a hard time of letting go...  Good news is that we are healthy and happy!  We look forward to dinner with Linda this weekend and then we head to Palm Beach County for a Thanksgiving week with our families - so nice that our moms and siblings are within a twenty mile radius.  Hope your holidays are wonderful.
