Paul at home

Paul - Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Paul grew up traveling across the country with his mom and step-father.  After moving to Palm Beach County, Florida, in 1958, with his mom and sister he graduated from high school and joined the navy.  After serving on two destroyers touring the Mediterranean as an engineman, Paul put his talents to good use as an auto mechanic before he attended Palm Beach Junior College and the University of Florida.  With BA and MA degrees in architecture, Paul worked for several firms in Gainesville and Stuart until he signed on as Research Architect for the State Dept. of Education.  At various times, Paul enjoyed private practice designing houses and small commercial buildings around the state.  During the fall of 2005, Paul attended school and became an RVIA certified RV technician.

Regina - Born in Sandusky, Ohio, Regina grew up enjoying Lake Erie and Cedar Point with her younger sister and brother.  After moving to Palm Beach County, Florida, in 1958, and graduating from high school she attended The Florida State University on the state teachers' scholarship and lived in Southern Scholarship Foundation housing.  She met Paul in July 1966 and the next summer they married and welcomed daughter, Rachel, to the family in 1968.  Regina then began her 32 years of public school teaching Latin throughout the state;  she enjoyed teaching Latin at Saint Stephen's Episcopal School 2002-04 during a slow-down in the economy.

Contemplating retirement, Paul and Regina spent several years researching the best way to travel.  The RV lifestyle was the right fit allowing for 24/7 togetherness and touring.  They purchased a 1995 Suncruiser motorhome in October and in December 2000 headed for the warmth of Key West.  Loaded with possessions deemed necessary, with other possessions sold, given away, or stored they began the next era of their life together.

Our current home is a 2003 Winnebago Adventurer.
