Can you help us close escrow on time?
Sometimes the terminology and specific requirements can make you feel uncomfortable. I will assist the Title Company
and Escrow Officer, any cooperating brokers or agents, and you, to facilitate the close of escrow on your property. Managing a Title/Escrow firm for 7 years has given me expertise to help “Close” your transaction
in a timely manner.
What if another company has a sign on the house, can you still represent us?
I am be happy to show all available property listed by any company.
Most homes have a lock box for this purpose. In addition to adherence
to their code of ethics, access to these lock boxes is a benefit of my membership in the Paradise Association of Realtors
and the Sierra North Valley MLS.
