THRIVE is a national charity which helps disabled people through gardening.
SINCE 1975, the number of adults in the UK reporting some kind of disability has increased by 22 per cent to 10.7 million people.
MORE than 20,000 people use garden projects across the UK each week to help with physical disabilities and mental health issues.
THRIVE champions the benefits of gardening and supports the development of appropriate skills for maximum enjoyment.
IT has garden projects in Reading, Berks and London and has a range of services, including the new National Blind Gardeners' Club launched in March.
