Our Place

Welcome to the Weeki Wachee River Place web site. Weeki Wachee River Place is a charming 2 bedroom 2 bath mobile home on a man made canal about one block from the main Weeki Wachee River. There is a boat ramp and dock on site for your convenience. Canoeing and kayaking are very popular, since it is one of the clearest and most pristine rivers in Florida. (We have canoes on the property for your use)

The home is nicely decorated with all the necessities you will need to have a home away from home feeling. The home has a deck overlooks the river, so you can watch the Manatees and other wildlife go by. The abundance of wildlife on the river is because of the large amount of undeveloped land that border it.

You are only 11/2 hours away from Disney World, Busch Garden and all the other theme parks in central Florida. You have all the benefits of being near them, but you don't have the traffic and congestion that they bring. Life in Weeki Wachee is laid back and relaxing. You can have peace of mind and have a sense of being safe since violent crime in this area is almost non-existent.

The home has 2 televisions, one in Living Room and one in Master Bedroom,

central heating and air, a laundry room and a bay window that looks out over the river. There is no garage, but plenty of space for parking.

We live about 30 minutes away from Weeki Wachee on the east side of Brooksville and will be available for any questions or problems you might have. I keep a 24 foot fishing boat at the dock (since the river empties in the Gulf of Mexico) and I go fishing whenever I get the time. A trip to the Gulf is a must while you are here.
