BridgePlan was founded by Brian Thompson, CPA, offering Contract CFO, Project Management and Consulting
services to newly formed and established businesses in the greater Portland area and Pacific Northwest.

BridgePlan's mission is to partner with business owners and their executive staff to achieve business excellence
as ultimately measured by shareholder value, profits and positive cash flows. Our services are founded on the premise companies
experience gaps in their financial expertise at various stages in their life cycle. BridgePlan, using a multi-disciplined
approach, provides experienced financial management, on an "as needed" basis, to help its clients bridge these gaps.
BridgePlan offers services in the following three areas:
CONTRACT CFO - All companies need CFO level expertise to be successful. Often times though, especially
with companies early in their life cycle or under $10M in revenue, this is not a full time requirement. Whatever the circumstances,
BridgePlan will dedicate its expertise for an agreed upon amount of time on a weekly or monthly basis. Working alongside
other members of the executive team and managing your existing finance staff, BridgePlan will become an integral member your
team.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Successful design, management and implementation of key operational/finance projects
are crucial to developing and sustaining competitive advantage. You may know what you want to do and when, but do not have
an internal resource (either available or capable) necessary to effectively lead the project. BridgePlan will partner with
you in establishing measurable objectives, defining project scope and necessary resources, documenting the project plan and
leading the team in completing tasks and implementing the project.
CONSULTING - Having a trusted advisor with experience in raising capital, growing revenue, managing costs
and improving cash flow is invaluable. Starting with the business plan, BridgePlan is skilled in working with your senior
management team in identifying and analyzing business opportunities, developing measurable business models, allocating resources
to meet multiple objectives, and designing GAAP compliant accounting/reporting systems to measure goal achievement. As your
consultant, our goal is to ensure that the transfer of knowledge and value delivered is embraced by your team and continuously
improved upon.

BridgePlan was founded in 1993 with Brian serving numerous clients including Adaptive Solutions, Decision
Point Systems (now Unicru), Integrated Measurement Systems, MedicaLogic (now MedScape), Mentor Graphics and Molectron Detector.
Brian put BridgePlan on hold in July-95 and joined Decision Points Systems as its fulltime CFO. During
his tenure until Feb-01, Brian played an integral role in raising over $20M in capital, growing revenues from 250K to $14M,
achieving positive cash flow and profitability, building the team from 12 to 170 staff, and managing the move to a 40,000-sq.
ft. facility.
