Massage
Therapy is an important part of integrating
touch with easing tender or tight muscles. Massage can be defined as manipulating the body's muscular and soft
tissue and is known to improve a person's
well being. Massage is statistically known to reduce stress, tension, and increase circulation.
Massage can be both pleasurable and healthy. A
range of pressure, conformed to the client’s preference, is applied with the goal of breaking up the tension of aching
muscles as it releases the build-up
of unwanted toxins. Increasing a person’s normal water intake after a massage is important to replenish all that has
been released to keep hydrated.
I perform full
body table massages (typically an
hour in duration) or can go to your office and give 10-15 minute chair massages to you and your co-workers. Corporation
chair massages (usually involving the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands) are growing in popularity, as
so many individual's love the release of tension built up in their neck and shoulders during their stressful, hectic work
day.
