Currently there is NO qualification testing nor licensing of home inspectors in the State of Florida

Protect Yourself by Checking :

	Most people now doing home inspections have never completed standardized training and never passed a written test of their qualifications.
	Many of these "inspectors" do not carry insurance to protect you against their errors and omissions.
	Some inspections come with estimates or offer to make repairs. This is a conflict of interests - beware.
	Few, if any, will offer you any form of guarantee for their work.

Ask our competitors about their qualifications, ask how they guarantee their inspection and ask for proof of their E & O Insurance. Check their qualifications with the Better Business Council and The Home Builders and Contractors Association.
