Q. What does CCSA do, and how can you help me?
A. CCSA provides intake, assessment, monitoring and actively facilitates
resolution to your consumer-merchant, public service complaint; or, we can mediate or provide arbitration representation
of your contract dispute.
Q. Are CCSA representatives attorneys?
A. No. CCSA representatives are volunteers with varied backgrounds and many years of experience, primarily
in the paralegal field, document preparation, Administrative Law, Mediation, law school students, or paralegal interns; all,
whom are monitored by our legal advisor, a licensed attorney.
Q. What other activities is your organization involved with?
A. CCSA publishes a newsletter that includes special news alerts on hot social and workplace issues, typically
not immediately covered in ordinary news print or the media.
A. CCSA provides various document preparation services, Notary Services, self-help training workshops
and seminars, including small business "start-up" consultations.

Q. What does it cost and what do I have to do to join your organization?
A. First, you must request and complete an enrollment form. All information provided on the form will
be held in strict confidence. It will not be sold, transferred or shared by any other agency, business, individual or governmental
entity without your written consent or a court order. Second, the term of enrollment period is (12) months. There are two
categories or enrollments, and are listed as follows:
