I love Starbucks! Chai latte is my
favourite. Starbucks baristas in USA are welcoming and genuinely cheerful. I am convinced that their friendly customer
service is one of the reasons they have been so successful, so I was thrilled to find this year in 2006 - two
Starbucks had appeared in my hometown of Exeter in England. It was the ambience and experience I enjoyed as much as my
Chai tea latte.
I would like to open a small
juice bar, where healthy organic juices and smoothies can be made for people 'on the run'. I would like to develop the
same quick and cheerful service that I find in Starbucks.
I have often encountered
healthy eating places in England, where solemn and slow service is offered. I am not encouraging a phoney smile,
but an authentic and positive attitude is good for everyone - its uplifting - and specially in healthy
eating places!
That is one of my ideas for a thriving
businessl
