Italian Supper Hands on Seafood Class.  Touch it ,Feel it, Smell it, Cook it and Taste it. Work with us at the studio for a hands on approach to cooking seafood.  6:15pm $35/$30 Artichoke members
 
Monday September 22 Regional cooking Pan and Savory Cakes  Crab cakes,wild mushroom and rice cake, shrimp cakes, sweet potato cakes and semolina cake 6:15pm   $30/$25 Artichoke members
 
Thursday September 25 Italian Supper Polenta vs. Grits  Ttalian sweet sausage,roasted tomatoes and parmesan and custard cake made with grits 6:15pm

Monday September 29  Regional Cooking Hands on Class Knife skills 101.  Bring a 8 to 10 inch cooks knife to class along with a favorite cutting board. Work on holding a knife and positioning your non-cutting hand. We will cut vegetables and fruit and the chef will prepare some eats to keep everyone happy. "Consider leaving the wine home for this class". You will need all your fingers for this class.  6:15pm
