Registration Policy: We offer a honor system when signing up for classes. If for some reason you can
not make a class, please allow us a 48-hour notice. All private classes require a $125 deposit to hold a date.
Gift Certificates are available for classes. If
you are from out of town you can call the studio directly (803.348.5874) and we will be happy to put a certificate in the
mail to you. Want to stop by the studio? We are open during all scheduled classes or simply call and let us know
when you would like to stop in.
Concerned about the night's menu? Don't worry - your tray can be altered for special dietary
needs or preferences.
May 2015 Class Schedule
May 1st Tapas Fridays. Join your friends
for a wonderful evening of small plates. Our chef will prepare 6 small plates and review each recipe. All you have to
do is sit back and take notes and sample the taste of each dish. Bring some wine or beverage of choice. registration
is $40 and class starts at 6:30 pm.
May 4th Test Drive a Tec Infrared Grill. We will be featuring
Tec Infrared Grills during this class. Come check out one of the best grills in the country and it is manufacturered
in our city "Columbia" Talk about Home Grown. Class starts at 6:15 pm and Registration is $35 dollars.
May 5th Cinco di Mayo. One our favorite days and foods. Celebrate
Mexico Cuisine for the day. Try a Mexican Mule drink and 3 to 4 items from south of the border. Menu to be announced.

May 7th Join us for our first "Throw Back Thursdays"
Post a food related picture from more than 10 years ago and tag us and get the chance to win a complimentary
class. Our classes will have some recipes from the past. We will offer a 2 for the price of 1 for these
classes. Registration $45. class starts at 6:15 pm. This week we are featuring a few menu items from 1991 The Faculty
House at USC Horseshoe.
May 8th Couples hands on Cooking class. Featuring recipes from
Tuscany. Join your spouse or a friend and cook your way through 3-4 recipes with the guidence of a professional chef.Registration
$85/couple. 6:30 pm start.

May 12 th Open date for a private group or a birthday. Get ten
of your friends together and do some cooking together. Classes range in price $45 to $55 per person.
