January 4th  Seasonal Cooking with Chef Matt Gillespie Menu  TBA 6:15pm $30 registration

January 7th (Every Thursday) Regional Italian Cooking. Our chefs will cover regions of Italy: Tuscany,EmilaRomagna,Abruzzo,Campania,Lombardua, Piemonte,Trentino-Alto Adige and several others. For this class we are our chefs are commited to a  more healthy menu choice for the new year. Menu and Region TBA $30

January 8th Friday Night Couples Cooking/ Hands on Class Spanish Night with Paella.  $80/couple Bring your own wine! 6:30pm

January 11th Regional French Cooking with Chef Bertrand Gilli Menu TBA $35/person 6:15pm

January 13th through March 17th  Bring in the New Year Right! Join us for a 10 week course on Healthy Living Choices. Hosted by Chef John Militello and  Special Expert Guest Speakers. We will concentrate on three areas of life.   Techniques for Cooking, Fitness and Spiritual.  Each week you will meet at the studio for a cooking class and partake in an interactive discusion with our experts in each field. You will be given assignments for each week to try at home.  Upon arriving at the studio you have the option to record your success and share with the class. Registration is reguired for all 10 sessions. Your fees pay for eight classes which allow you two excused sessions during the course.  We will limit this class to 20 participants.  Registration $250  (50 % deposit is required when you sign up)

January 26 Wild Women Tuesdays menu TBA 6:15pm Bring your own wine! $30 registration

January 27 Healthy Living Class continues week #3 6:15pm

January 28 Regional Italian Cooking. Menu and Region TBA 6:15pm $30 registration

January 29 and 30th  Weekend Culinary Get-a-Way. Join us for a Friday evening interactive class with chef dinner demonstration and Saturday morning for "Hands On Cooking".  Saturday class will end by 1pm. Make a reservation at one of our Vista Restaurants and Stay the night at Springhill Suites.(review class format under educational classes)
