For class registration, please send us an e-mail and state the class you would like to attend. Include a cell number to act as your confirmation number. 

Registration Policy: We offer a honor system when signing up for classes. If for some reason you can not make a class, please allow us a 48-hour notice. For parties of 3 or more please call in a credit card to hold your registration. If someone in your group cancels or does not show up your card will be charged.All private classes require a $125 deposit to hold a date. 

Gift Certificates are available for classes.  If you are from out of town you can call the studio directly (803.348.5874) and we will be happy to put a certificate in the mail to you. Want to stop by the studio? We are open during all scheduled classes or simply call and let us know when you would like to stop in.

Concerned about the night's menu? Don't worry - your tray can be altered for special dietary needs or preferences.
 
December 2 nd   Last class from our 3 part series on chocolates. Join Chef Patrick Duggan for a class on tempering chocolate. Learn to work with chocolate. Class is hands on. A light supper will be served during class. Registration $45
 
December 5th  Tapas Fridays. Maybe you do not have a Christmas party on the schedule yet? If not, join us tonight with a spouse or friend and try some small plates.  Bring a bottle of wine. Registration $35

December 16 th Wild Women. Join us for our Ladies Night Class.
Will santa Visit to see who is naughty or nice.  Check out a bottle of your favorite wine from a local store and meet us for class. Menu- Holiday Hors d'oeuvres. Registration $35  Start Time 6:15 pm
  • Parmesan Puffs
  • Tomato and Eggpant Caponata
  • Crab Dip and Flat Bread
  • Baked Brie with Apples and Caramel
  • Poached Chicken and ham and cheese
  • Vegetarian Samosas
  • Marscapone and Hazlenut Pastry
 
December 22nd  Our annual build a lasagna class.  Join us in the studio and make your noodles for Lasagna Class.  Take home a Lasagna for the holidays. Registration $45  You will eat fresh pasta and salad after the work is done. Start Time 6:15 pm 
 
December 23rd.  Running out of dates but we will barely get this yearly tradition in.  The Artichoke Club Cook Book Exchange. If you are not a member you can still come as a guest. Registration $30.00 and bring a gift wrapped cookbook.  Start time 6:15 pm Menu TBA
