For class registration, please send us an e-mail and state the class you would like to attend. Include a cell number to act as your confirmation number. 

Registration Policy: We offer a honor system when signing up for classes. If for some reason you can not make a class, please allow us a 48-hour notice. For parties of 3 or more please call in a credit card to hold your registration. If someone in your group cancels or does not show up your card will be charged.All private classes require a $125 deposit to hold a date. 

Gift Certificates are available for classes.  If you are from out of town you can call the studio directly (803.348.5874) and we will be happy to put a certificate in the mail to you. Want to stop by the studio? We are open during all scheduled classes or simply call and let us know when you would like to stop in.

Concerned about the night's menu? Don't worry - your tray can be altered for special dietary needs or preferences.
August  Class Schedule
August 7th  Tapas Friday. join us for a demonstration class on six small plates. Great way to start the weekend with friends. Bring a bottle or wine or a beverage of your choice. Registration $40 Class starts at 6:30 pm.
  • Avocado Lime Shrimp Salad
  • Crab Croguettas with roasted corn and pepper salsa
  • Spanish Tortilla with caramelized sweet onions and potato
  • Pan Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Qunioa and Papya
  • Roasted chicken with Sweet potatoe Puree and black beans
  • Fried Tortilla and Vanilla Ice Cream with Pecan Caramel Sauce
August 8th Private Group
August 13th Private Team Building Class
August 14th  Couples Hands on Class. Join your partner or a friend and work together on creating a great clasical French menu. class starts at 6:30 pm and this is a participation class.
Registration $85/couple.
  • Leek and Goat Cheese Tart
  • Coq Au Vin " Chicken in Red Wine"
  • Rice
  • Peach Tart Tatin
August 18th  This one is for you Ladies! Wild Women is our monthly class for ladies only.  This is a sit and learn class while you share wine with your girlfriends. ( BYOW)  Registration $40/ person. start time 6:15 pm
  • Tilopia Cakes with Corn and Bean Relish
  • Chicken roulade Stuffed with spinach and sundried tomato served with a tomato vinaigrette
  • Peach Crisp with Vanilla Ice Cream
August 20th Join us for a taste of the Mediterranean. We will have Fried Calamari with a Zesty tomato sauce, Tomato Caprese,Baked Talopia with Lemon Orzo and Vegetable.  And to finish Lemon Sorbetta with a splash of prosecco wine. Registration is $40 and this is a demonstration class. Bring a bottle of your choice to class. Start time is 6:15 pm
August 21st Couples Hands on Class.  We have made a menu  together with an Italian flair.  Join us for this participation class along with a spouse or a friend.  Registration $85.00/ couple.
  • Gnocchi salad with roasted peppers and tomato
  • Beef Brociola with spinach, pinenuts and sundried tomatoes
  • Fresh Pasta
  • Baked fruit pastry with marscapone cheese.
