Weekly Public Cooking Classes: Mondays and Thursdays the studio has regular scheduled cooking classes. Registration fees are $30 to $70 perclass. Look at our website for more details. All

Friday Night Classes For couples/hands on
Experience an evening of hands-on cooking with a friend or spouse. Twice a month Let’s Cook Culinary Studio host
couples cooking on Friday evenings. All participants will chop, slice and stir
their way through recipes provided and consume the fruits of their labor. All
participants are allowed to bring wine to compliment the experience.

Pasta, Pasta, Pasta. Have you ever made fresh pasta? Join
us at the studio for a session on pasta making. Each participant will make fresh
pasta and include homemade raviolis. After making the pasta the class will eat a family style meal together. Class is limited
to 10 people. Participants can bring wine.
Asian Influences.
Great foods from the Far
East. Join us to explore techniques and foods that influence everyday dishes in America today.
Low Country Cuisine. Check out and explore some of South Carolinas great offerings. Yellow grits, shrimp, seafood, collard greens and the other white meat
pork.
Tapas. The
Spanish have influenced several restaurant with their Tapas. Explore and make several tapas throughout the evening. Our goal
is to give you ideas that you can repeat when you have guest in your home.
Paella Cooking. Each
couple will create with a selection of fresh ingredients their own paella dish. Bring your appetite along with a bottle of
wine.
Holiday Appetizers. Prepare
yourself for those unexpected guest. Learn to create quick and easy appetizers
for the holidays with puff pastry and Filo. Prepare enough to take with
you and freeze for the holidays.

Cooking Classes/hands on
This cooking session is great for the spouse that
is not allowed in the kitchen. Come to our kitchen studio and make a mess while
treating your spouse to a wonderful cooking experience. Our service is great
for small celebrations or out of town guest. This is an interactive dinner party
class prepared by you and our chef.

Friday Night/Saturday Morning Weekend Get-away Classes
Join us
twice a month at Let’s Cook Culinary Studio for an interactive cooking demo on Friday evening. Return Saturday morning at 10am for hands on cooking. All
cooking sessions end by 2pm. While in Columbia
you can visit a local farmers market,restaurants, attend a play at Town Theater or attend an event at the Koger Center.
For those that are traveling from afar we have set up a special rate at Spring Hill Suites, called the “Let’s
Cook Culinary Studio Rate”.

This class offers the more discerning cook complete attention
by our chef. In a private setting we offer menu development, food preparation
skills and a completed menu. Topic is chosen by the participant. This service

Have you ever wondered “What if I opened a restaurant”
Well, here is your chance to experiment in our kitchen studio while entertaining your friends.
This evening is designed to make you the star of the evening. Whether
you prefer French or Italian or several others it is up to you to choose the menu and select the ingredients for your evening. You will be assisted by a chef. In addition, you may select a team of friends to be
your staff for the evening. Each participants are required to attend a class to prepare for the day. The class will cover general kitchen knowledge, budget, menu development, food procurement and scheduling.
Enrollment for this program starts fall of 2009. Once we have some candidates we will announce the preliminary classes (4)
and schedule each participants special day. All classes will be complete by June of 2010

$200 Flate Rate(preliminary classes) Plus $30 dollars per
person with a minimum of 10 potential restaurant customers. Each participant may choose to bring his own wine.
