For class registration, please send us an e-mail and state the class you would like to attend. Include a cell number to act as your confirmation number. 

Registration Policy: We offer a honor system when signing up for classes. If for some reason you can not make a class, please allow us a 48-hour notice. For parties of 3 or more please call in a credit card to hold your registration. If someone in your group cancels or does not show up your card will be charged.All private classes require a $125 deposit to hold a date. 

Gift Certificates are available for classes.  If you are from out of town you can call the studio directly (803.348.5874) and we will be happy to put a certificate in the mail to you. Want to stop by the studio? We are open during all scheduled classes or simply call and let us know when you would like to stop in.

Concerned about the night's menu? Don't worry - your tray can be altered for special dietary needs or preferences.

March Class 2015

March 3  Mongolian Hot Pot Class   " Bring a friend to class and recieve a 2 for the price of 1" This a great class to meet new people. Some light preparation for the attendents prior to enjoying some great food. Registration $45/ person class starts at 6:15pm

March 6 Tapas Fridays Registration $40 start time $6:30 pm

  • Brochetade pollo
  • Patatas Bravas with Ailoi
  • Pork wrap in bacon with Cabraes
  • Shrimp and Garlic
  • Empanadas de Carne
  • Churros and Chocolate

March 12th  Private Group  

March 13th.  Couples Hands on Class cooking French cuisine. Registration $85.00/ couple 6:30 pm start

  • Leek and Goat Cheese Tart
  • Coq au Vin ( chicken in red wine)
  • Apple Tart Tatin

March 17th  Luck of the Irish.  Where your green and get a discount of $5 off our class. We will demonstrate some of our favorite Irish's dishes. Registration is $40 Class starts at 6:15 pm

  • Irish Split Pea Soup
  • Beer Braised Beef
  • Warm Slaw
  • Potatoes and Fennel
  • Lemon Curd Cake

March 19th French Country Side Cooking.    Registration $40 class starts at 6:15 pm

  • Mussels with Tarragon Cream
  • Porc with Thyme and Onions
  • Red Garlic Mash Potatoes
  • Vegetable
  • Chocolate Mousse

March 20th Couples Raclette Class. The Swiss really know how to entertain.  If you like fondue you will enjoy this class. $85 per couple. Class starts at 6:30pm

  • 4 kinds of cheese
  • Crusty bread
  • Mushrooms
  • Vegetables
  • Chocolate Smorres

March 24th Wild Women. Our ladies night. Bring a friend and bottle of wine.We are offering a special price to encourage you to get your lady friends out of the house. Registration $45  we are offering 2 for the price of one. Class starts at 6:15pm menu

  • Potato Leek Soup
  • Grilled Chicken Mandarin
  • Basmati Rice and Vegetable

March 27th Small Plate Italian.  We will review 6 recipes and to a question and answer with the chef.  This class is a demonstration class. Registration is $40 per person. Class starts at 6:30 pm

  • Stromboli with Ham and cheese
  • Arancini ( stuffed rice balls)
  •  Fish with Fennel
  • Sausage and Peppers
  • Meat ball alla Schifano
