Our artichoke members are our driving force to keep the studio busy. We offer a yearly membership to get involve as a member. The membership includes private dinners hosted by the chefs, special community events and a social network of friends that enjoy food and wine. If you do not belong to a supper club you can consider joining ours. All members also get a $5 discount off all scheduled classes and are encourage to sign up for our assist the chef program.

Assist the Chef Program. We are looking for cheap labor, actually free, to assist our chefs during their demonstrations. We present this to our members only and requires a brief meeting with a chef to review some basics for kitchen operations. If you signup for the assist the chef program and choose a class to participate in you will not be charged for that class. We require you to be at the studio 30 minutes prior to the schedule class time.
