Chef's Message 

Hello Food Lovers

We want to wish everyone a very happy and safe holiday.  The new year will bring some great classes to the studio.  We are bringing back our Raclette Class.  Raclette is a wonderful way to entertain. Gather some friends and join us for Raclette.  The Truffle and Hazelnut Dinner tour is traveling through the Carolinas in January. Chef Carlo Zarri will be hosting 4 dinners in South Carolina and one in North Carolina this year.  Check out our event schedule for more information.  Our monthly class wild women will feature local business ladies starting in January. If you know a business lady that would like to share information with a group of great ladies give us a call.  Tapas Friday will continue on the first Friday of each month and the last month we will do Small Plates Italiano.

Our Artichoke Club is growing.  If you would like to be part of our local supper club and receive discounts on classes inquire about becoming an Artichoke Member.

In closing we want to thank everyone that participated in our cooking classes in the year of 2014.  We had a very busy year and look forward to a great new year.
