Chef's Message 

Hello Food Lovers

Wow,  the fall really is going by fast.  We have had some fun! th  Our culinary tour of the Piedmont Region of Italy was a huge success.  We have scheduled two more tours for 2015. One will be in late June and the other late September early October 2015.  Dates will be announced soon. ( call direct if you are interested, we have pictures to share) We will be adding a bonus to our trips for 2015. The city of Milan is hosting the 6 month long World Expo.  We have some connections to get you a behind the sceens pass into the American Pavillion.  The cooking class schedule has been busy.  We are hosting a three part series chocolate class with Chef Patrick Duggin. We had a Dim Sum class that will be added to the rotation. Very sucessful! Special thanks to all that have supported the studio this fall.

Upcoming classes include our annual build a pie class before Thanksgiving. November 25th you will have the chance to make 3 pies each. On November 20th we are hosting a early class for those that may want to attend the Vista Lights.  Class starts at 6 pm and we will have you out by 7:30pm.( special rates for artichoke members) On Novmeber 22 join Kreations by Kris for a saturday morning class on Pet Portraits.  Learn to draw your pet. ( must have a current picture of pet) The month of December is right around the corner. The telephone has been ringing alot.  We are almost booked for the month.  If you need to schedule something please call.  We can try to accomadate you  or refer you to another location. As far as public classes we will be limited:  We will offer Tapas Fridays on Dec 5th and Wild Women on Dec 16th. We are also going to offer our lasagna class once again on Dec 22 nd.  For the Artichoke Members we will host our annual Cookbook Exchange on December 23rd.
