Is winter over yet? Hold on Folks, Saint Patty's Day is near and that means warm weather. March
Madness is also getting close. The studio is offering a class this year on St. Patrick's Day. Get your green on and
save $5 dollars off your registration. Class starts at 6:15 pm. Other classes this month include Tapas, Wild Women, Asian
Finger Foods,Swiss Raclette, and a Vegetarian Class with Chef Larry. A Special night with Chef Roxanne Smith from Asheville
on gluten free and cooking fish is planned for March 13th.
staff at Let's Cook is working on a new program for cooking in Italy. Look for information soon to be announced about a cooking
tour with Chef Carlo Zarri from Cortemeilla Italy. 4 day and 8 day tours are being put together. The first tour will be early
in October 2014 for the harvest. If you are interested please contact the studio or chef John ASAP to get your input on the
tour. There will be a discount for all Artichoke Members.
