In 1997 after serving 5 years as  Chef at the Faculty House of Carolina,   Militello started a company to serve Private Clubs and their culinary departments.  After several visits to a variety of clubs nationwide we have expanded our services. We continue to offer advisory services for Private Club Operations as well as Private Chef Services, Special Events and the newest addition to our services the "Let's Cook Culinary Studio".
