2008 Girls Fall Volleyball

The Lexington Parks and Recreation will be hosting 2 weeks of volleyball clinics and 4 weeks of practices and games for the 5th, 6th & 7th Grade Girls. Each clinic will consist of instructional stations outlining the fundamentals of volleyball. The stations will focus on passing, setting, spiking, blocking and serving drills while implementing the basic principles needed to participate in 8th Grade and High School Volleyball. At the conclusion of the clinics we will divide the groups into teams and continue practicing once a week followed by games on Saturdays.
