Cockatoos
 
Umbrellas
 
are not great talkers and can learn to say a few words and phrases. But they are very friendly and affectionate. Loves to cuddle and is very friendly with adults as well as kids. Umbrellas are also very emotional birds and are for every household.
 
     
 
 
Mollucans
 
are also very emotional and affectionate.Talking ability is about the same as an umbrella.Same care and requirements as an umbrella but can be a little more vocal.But with upbringing they are wonderful.
 
     
 
 
Tritons
 
are very intelligent and loud. Tritons need a lot of stimulation to keep them busy. Easy going but some are not in tune with kids. Love to perform tricks. Good talking ability.
 
     
 
 
Lesser sulpher crested
 
are affectionate little clowns with a lot of personality. Sweet and somewhat shy. Not very good talkers,but talk some and clearly. Love to do tricks. Not as loud as the larger species.
 
     
 
 
Citrons
 
are much quieter than the larger species of cockatoo.Talking ability is good and they learn a few words. As with all cockatoos, they are intelligent and love attention.
 
     
 
 
Rosebreasted
(or Galah)
 
are a little different. They are one of the more colorful cockatoos and do not shed dander. Galahs are curious and a bit mischievous in nature. A little more independentand less demanding for attention. Very loving and playful. Not very loud.
 
     
 
 
Goffins
 
re one of the smallest of the cockatoos. Also a little more independent, playful and a good talker. Affectionate and love to do tricks. Not very loud. Sweet  and comical in a small package.
